Terms of service

Effective September 28, 2026. These terms apply to the OnePunch ALGO Dojo at dojo.onepunchalgo.com (the Dojo), operated by Golden Lines Academy LLC (doing business as OnePunch ALGO Academy), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account you agree to them. The general terms at onepunchalgo.com also apply to your subscription and payment.

What the Dojo is

The Dojo is an educational trade journal and discipline tracker. It reads your broker fills, pairs them into trades, grades your sessions against rules you set yourself, and gives you an AI-written review of your behaviour. It is a tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not recommend trades, predict markets, manage money or provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• One account per person, tied to the email you subscribe with on onepunchalgo.com. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access requires an active Dojo Access subscription. When a subscription lapses, sign-in is paused; your data is kept for at least 12 months so you can come back, unless you delete the account.

Broker connections

• Connections are read-only. The Dojo, and the regulated account aggregation provider it uses, can read account and transaction history. Neither can place, modify or cancel orders, or move money.
• You sign in on your broker's own page or the aggregation provider's secure page. The Dojo never sees or stores your broker password.
• You can disconnect a broker at any time from the Brokers page or from your broker's security settings. Deleting your Dojo account revokes the connections.
• Broker data can be delayed, incomplete or revised by the broker. The Dojo shows what it receives; check your broker for the record of truth.

Market data keys

Trade charts and the volatility gauge use a market data key that you create with a third-party data provider under that provider's terms. The key is encrypted at rest, used only for your own account, and can be removed in Settings at any time. Your use of that data is licensed to you by the provider, not by us.

AI coach

Coach reviews and answers are generated by a large language model from a fact sheet computed from your trades, journal and plans. They can be wrong, incomplete or generic. They are commentary on your past behaviour for educational purposes and are never a trade recommendation. Do not send the coach anything you would not want processed by an AI provider (see the Privacy Policy).

Community features

• The leaderboard and Discord posts are opt in and show percent return on premium, never dollar amounts. You choose what to share and can turn sharing off at any time; you disappear from the next post.
• Display names, avatars and Discord handles you provide may be shown to other members when you opt in.
• Be decent. We may remove content or accounts that harass others, impersonate people, post spam, or attempt to manipulate rankings.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell or share your access, or use the Dojo to build a competing dataset.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including other people's trading data.
• Do not probe or attack the service. Report security issues to support@onepunchalgo.com.

Educational content and risk

Courses, certifications, indicators and coach output are educational. Trading options involves significant risk of loss, including more than your initial investment on some strategies, and is not suitable for every investor. Past results, yours or anyone's, do not predict future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

Subscription, cancellation and refunds

Dojo Access is billed monthly through onepunchalgo.com. Cancel from My Account there; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund policy published on onepunchalgo.com.

Intellectual property

The Dojo software, courses, scoring methods, indicator names and content are ours or our licensors'. Your trades, journal notes, screenshots and tags are yours; you grant us a licence to store and process them to run the service for you. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the product.

Availability and changes

We aim for the Dojo to be available around the clock but do not guarantee it. Nightly syncs, market data and third-party services can fail or be delayed. We may change features, and we may change these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Dojo is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Lines Academy LLC (doing business as OnePunch ALGO Academy), its officers, members and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for trading losses of any kind, arising from your use of the Dojo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Dojo in the three months before the claim.

Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that venue. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
