Effective September 28, 2026. Short version: you can export everything, you can delete everything yourself, and deletion is real.
Export first, if you want a copy
Trades page, Export CSV. You get every closed trade with premium, percent return, hold time, discipline flags and all journal labels, ready for Excel or Sheets. Screenshots are yours too; open a trade to download them.
Delete your account yourself
- Settings, scroll to Delete my account.
- Enter your password and type DELETE.
- That is it. Your session ends and the account is gone.
What gets deleted
- Account and profile, including avatar and Discord handle.
- Broker connections: revoked at the aggregation provider so no further data can be read. You can also remove the authorization in your broker's own security settings.
- All fills, trades, P&L, discipline scores, daily plans, tags and saved views.
- Journal notes and screenshots, coach reports, coach questions and answers.
- Course progress, quiz attempts and certificates.
- Your encrypted market data key and cached chart bars.
- Support tickets and their messages.
- Any manual access grant. Your paid subscription on onepunchalgo.com is separate; cancel it there from My Account so you are not billed again.
What is kept
- A one-line record with your email and the time of deletion, so we can prove the request was honoured and prevent accidental re-import.
- Encrypted database backups age out within 35 days; your data is not restored from them unless we are recovering the whole service from a failure, in which case we re-run deletions.
- Anything you posted in the public Discord under your own name is under Discord's control, not ours.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@onepunchalgo.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify it is you and complete it within 7 days, then confirm by email.
Lapsed subscriptions
If you stop paying but do not delete, sign-in pauses and your data waits for at least 12 months. Resume the subscription and everything is exactly as you left it. Deleting is always available from Settings while the account exists, or by email.
